The role of the MoEF is to provide 'aid packages' to members of CC.
This aid can come in many forms:
1. A sum of money for passing the CC Quiz (This amount will be determined on how well you do)*
2. Repairations, so that you may restore you nation to its former glory after a conflict.
3. Infra leaps, when you reach 999.9 infrastructure, a grant of $1000 is given in order for you to skip easily over in to the 1000 infrastructure level without having to pay ridiculous amounts of money.**
